  • Suppose your flight from an EU airport to a non-EU airport is delayed by more than 2 hours at your ultimate destination city (due to a reason beyond the airline’s control). In that case, you are entitled to not only the necessary assistance but also a monetary compensation of:
  1. If the flight distance is up to 1500km and the delay is more than 2 hours, you will be charged EUR 250.
  2. The flight distance is 1500–3500km and the delay is 4 hours or more, you will be charged EUR 400.
  3. If the flight distance is 600 kilometers, EUR 600 will be charged.
  4. If Qatar Airways cancels your flight less than two weeks before departure, or if you are denied boarding, you are entitled to the following:
