At the time of ticket purchase, you can choose your seat. Depending on the trip and ticket characteristics, seat selection is either free or charged. Customers can also select seats by signing in with their Miles&Smiles membership number or booking code (PNR) on the Check-in page.

The reservation must be canceled before the flight date to convert the ticket to an Open Ticket. Cancellations must be made through the Turkish Airlines call center, sales offices, or the agency from which the access was purchased in order to convert the ticket to an Open Ticket.

Go to the official website of Turkish airlines. You’ll see the flight schedule after entering the reservation, payment card, or confirmation information. Print it off and bring it with you, or save it to your phone or laptop for later viewing.

Payment options are different based on the flight route, the currency to be paid and the amount of time left on the aircraft. You can pay with Sofort, Klarna, Ideal, KNET, Shetab Card, Alipay, UnionPay, EFT, Internet Banking, and BKM Express credit cards through our online channels.

Turkish Airlines’ costs are higher since they fly to Istanbul’s IST airport, which is the more conveniently positioned of Istanbul’s two airports.

A single piece of luggage can weigh up to 32kg on all flights. We do not take any baggage that weighs more than 32kg in one piece. To avoid problems when entering the country you’re visiting, make sure you don’t bring any restricted or prohibited foods with you.

Yes, Turkish Airlines allows you to check two bags if you’re going to a destination that uses their piece idea (listed in the article). If you’re traveling to a destination that uses a weight-based system, there’s no limit to how many bags you can bring; you’re only limited by the total weight allowance.

On our domestic flights, we provide catering. On foreign flights, warm meals and cold/hot beverages are served. We’re bringing back our special menu option, which is offered to travelers who require specific meals due to their medical condition or religious convictions.

If your flight is canceled due to inclement weather or for any other reason, Turkish Airlines will provide you with an alternate mode of transportation to your destination. Turkish Airlines will refund your ticket in full if you do not want to take another aircraft or travel by road.
